Tourist tax for 2023: €1.32 per adult (over 18) per night for 3-star mas. This is paid in full to the Pays d’Apt local authority.
Deposit: €800/night.

The price is :
– 130 € for Mas du Luberon or Mas des Lavandes or Mas de L’olivier (1 bedroom), (WE rate: €70)
– 170 for Mas de L’Olivier (2 or 3 bedrooms) or La Bastide 1830 (2 bedrooms),
– 190 € for La Bastide 1830 (3 or 4 bedrooms),
Household linen: If your car boot is already full, or if you are coming by train or plane, we will prepare the household linen for you: kitchen towels, sheets, 2 hand towels per person, shower mat and tablecloth.
Linen is provided at no extra charge.
On your arrival, the beds will be made and the sheets changed once a week at no extra charge (beds to be made by yourself or beds made at extra charge). On request, more frequent changes of sheets can be made for €20/bed.
Baby equipment: To make your stay easier with young children, we offer: cot + mattress + draw sheet, fitted sheet and towels, high chair, bathtub on request. This equipment is provided at an additional cost (€35). (Please book in advance).
Basic equipment: the Mas and Bastide 1830 are very well equipped. To get you started, you’ll find salt, pepper, n°4 coffee filters, vinegar, as well as various products (sponges, some dishwasher and washing machine detergent tablets, toilet paper is provided).
Heating: During the heating season: 50 kwh included per night (which is generally sufficient), (charged at €0.23/kwh beyond that). Wood: A small fire in the evening will be possible, wood is provided at extra cost.
The swimming pool at Bastide 1830 is heated to 24° from 1 May to 30 September, depending on the weather. A supplement will be charged for a higher temperature or for the April/October period.
Electric car recharging: A recharging point for your electric car is available during your stay, at a cost of €8 to €12/night depending on the model. (€1 /night/ electric bike)
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
