A large terrace allows you to enjoy your meals outside with a superb view of the Grand Luberon.

This part of the house is fully air-conditioned, providing extra comfort during the day in the middle of summer. Nights are naturally cool.

1 en suite bathroom with bath, 1 washbasin and WC,
1 dressing room.

The garden level also includes :

These 2 bedrooms can be joined together.
-A small room with its own entrance is furnished with a desk and a comfortable office chair. You’ll be able to work from here, and even connect via ethernet.
Cot and high chair available on request. A tumble dryer is available on request in the property’s laundry room.
Fenced swimming pool measuring 8.5 m x 5.5 m, 1.30 m deep. Heated and open from mid-April to the end of October, weather permitting.
The garden at Bastide 1830 is not fenced and pets are not allowed.
In the garden near the parking lot, a shed for storing your electric bicycles.
