1 – Duration of the stay

The tenant, signatory of the present contract, concluded for a period which cannot in any case exceed the duration initially planned, will not be able to prevail himself of any right to the maintenance in the places at the end of the stay.

2 – Arrival

The tenant must arrive on the specified day and time mentioned on the present contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must warn the owner.

3 – Payment of the balance of the rent is due 30 days before the arrival.

4 – Security deposit

A security deposit of the amount indicated on our website is requested by the owner (in the form of an imprint on the bank card). The security deposit will be released within a maximum of 7 days after departure, after deduction of any damage or cost of restoring the premises.

5 – Insurance

The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him. He is required to be insured by an insurance contract for these different risks. He undertakes to send a copy of his contract to the owner.

6 – Use of the premises

The rent concluded between the parties to the present contract cannot in any case benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written agreement of the owner. Any infringement of this clause would be likely to involve the immediate cancellation of the hiring with the wrongs of the tenant, the product of the hiring remaining definitively acquired with the owner. The tenant will have to make use of the hiring in accordance with the destination of the places

7 – Cleanliness

The tenant commits himself to return the house at his departure tidied up as he will have found it at his arrival, kitchen and barbecue clean, dustbins evacuated. The cleaning is proposed according to the rates indicated in the contract. In case of excessive cleaning, a supplement may be requested at the rate of 30 €/h.

8 – Peace and quiet

We would like our guests to be respectful of the peace and quiet of the lawns and gardens (no noisy activities or ball games). The swimming pool of the 3 Mas (Lavandes, Luberon, Olivier) being shared, calmness is also sought.

9 – BBQ and fireplace inserts

Precautions must be taken to use barbecues and fireplaces safely with respect to the risk of fire. The equipment must be cleaned after use.

10 – Capacity, number of tenants

The present contract is established for a maximum capacity of persons. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract and without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse the additional tenants and / or to break the contract or to receive a surcharge or compensation.

11 – Access to the swimming pool

The swimming pool (3 Mas or Bastide) is reserved for the tenants registered in the contract. Outsiders will not be admitted. Each pool is fenced and swimming is not supervised. Children are under the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults. The pools are generally open from April to October inclusive depending on the weather. The Bastide 1830 swimming pool is heated from May 1st to September 15th depending on the weather. A supplement can be asked for the heating in April or September/October.

12 – Animals

Animals are not accepted. In case of non-respect of this clause, the owner can refuse the stay: no refund will be made.

13 – Description, inventory and inventory of fixtures

A general description of the rented property is available on the website This description presents the address and the situation of the rented property, the consistency of the premises and the comfort of the goods, the interior layout and the furniture equipment. A visit of the inventory of fixtures is carried out by the owner or his representative in the presence of the tenant at the time of the handing-over of the keys at the beginning of the hiring. The tenant will have 72 hours to report any anomalies found. After this period, the rented goods will be considered as free of damage at the entrance of the tenant. During the rental period, the tenant is required to report any problems encountered. If the owner notices any damage during the cleaning of the linen, he will inform the tenant within 15 days.

14 – Payment

Reservation : The reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the rental (credit cards accepted on this site)

Balance: The balance of the rental will be paid 30 days before the arrival.

If the tenant wishes to pay a part or the totality of the stay with ANCV vacation vouchers (paper or e.connect), it is possible, he will have to make the request by telephone or e.mail.

Payment of charges: At the end of the stay, the tenant must pay the owner the charges not included in the price (possible heating (from October to the end of April), additional linen, cleaning, recharges of electric vehicle…). Their amount is established on the basis of the calculation mentioned on our website . On request, a receipt will be given by the owner.

15- Cancellation conditions

Conditions of cancellation of the e-commerce contract:

All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds will be made as follows:

– Cancellation up to 21 days before the beginning of the stay: the amount of the deposit corresponding to 30 % of the amount of the rent will be retained and the balance will be refunded if it has been cashed at the date of cancellation.

– Cancellation between the 20th and the 8th day included before the beginning of the stay: 50 % of the rent will be retained

– Cancellation between the 7th and the 2nd day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the rent and the amount of the services directly linked to the stay will be retained, if the client has chosen to benefit from them;

– Cancellation the day before or the day of arrival initially planned in the contract or no-show: no refund will be made.

Cancellation conditions of the e-commerce contract for the flexible rate :

Customers who do not benefit from cancellation insurance through their credit card or insurance company or who wish to be very flexible can choose the flexible rate. Cancellation can be made up to 7 days before the arrival date. Only 5% of the rental amount will be retained, as well as any bank charges for payment by credit card or bank transfer.

If the stay is cut short, the rental price is retained by the owner. No refund will be made.

16 – Internet

The use of the Internet must comply with the requirements of French law.

17 – Litigation

In case of dispute between the parties, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the courts of the place where the rental is located (Dignes-les-Bains)
